7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) are lifted off the ground by a CH-47 Chinook helicopter during Special Purpose Insertion Extraction (SPIE) training event at Eglin Base Air Force Base. SPIE is used to rapidly insert or extract Soldiers from terrain that does not allow helicopters to land.
